- By booking a session at Mountain Mystery Escapes, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not book an escape room experience with us.
2. Booking and Cancellations
- All bookings are to be made through our official website or over the phone.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund.
- However, you may reschedule your booking for another available time. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled. Participants may only reschedule a booking once, and further changes will not be accommodated.
3. Late Arrivals
- We urge all participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time. This allows for necessary preparations, including briefings and setup.
- If participants arrive late, the end time of their session will remain the same as originally scheduled. The duration of the game will be shortened by the amount of time late. For example, if a team is 10 minutes late, they will have only 50 minutes left to complete the escape room.
- Please note that no refunds or extensions will be provided for time lost due to late arrivals.
4. Age Requirement
- Participants must be 12 years of age or older. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Safety and Conduct
- Participants must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Mountain Mystery Escapes staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse admittance to or remove any person who, in our judgment, poses a disruption or safety concern to other participants, including those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- No physical alterations to the room or its contents are allowed. Damages caused by inappropriate behavior will be charged to the responsible party.
6. Liability Waiver
- All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before entering the escape room. Participants will assume all risks associated with participation in the activities.
